Soft, melt-in-your-mouth homemade biscuits.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
¾ cup frozen butter
1 egg
1 cup whole milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 Degrees

Foil line and greese a cookie sheet

In a large bowl whisk together all Dry Ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and salt)

Measure out milk and crack the egg and set aside

Grate the butter with a cheese grater.

Combine dry ingredients, milk, butter, and egg and mix with a wooden spoon to combine all the flour.

Mix until a solid dough ball is formed. Typically takes 3-4 minutes of mixing

Dump dough ball onto a floured surface ad roll out to 1/2 inch thick with a rolling pin

Cut out biscuit shapes using a cookie cutter or small glass

Place biscuits 1 inch apart on foil-lined ad greased cookie sheet

Bake 10 min or until tops of biscuits are golden brown
