Grilled Honey Cinnamon Pineapple Spears

Juicy grilled pineapple with honey-cinnamon glaze.
Ingredients
8 pineapple spears
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vegetable oil (not olive oil)
Instructions

If you are using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for 1 hour

Place Pineapple spears in a flat dish

Sprinkle on cinnamon evenly

Drizzle on honey evenly

Drizzle on oil

Gently mix to coat all the sides of the pineapple

Skewer each pineapple

Grill on each side for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear and darken
