Coconut Ice Cream

Creamy homemade coconut ice cream. Dairy-free friendly.
Ingredients
1 coconut
36 oz evaporated milk
28 oz condensed milk
1 cup water
Instructions

Crack your coconut and remove all the flesh from the husk. If possible reserve the coconut water.

Chop coconut into thin strips

Blend thoroughly all of the coconut with the coconut water or 1 1/2 cup of water.

Strain and squeeze the coconut milk out of your blended mixture

Add all ingredients to your Ice cream maker and mix them thouroughly 1. Coconut milk 2. Condensed milk 3. Evaporated milk

Chill the mixture for 2 hours
